Oak Harbor Fire Department serves the City of Oak Harbor with the Oak Harbor city limits as it's boundaries.

North Whidbey Fire & Rescue (Island County Fire District No. 2) serves the north area of Whidbey Island, from Deception Pass Bridge southward to Libbey Road; with the exception of the City of Oak Harbor city limits.

Central Whidbey Fire & Rescue (Island County Fire District No. 5) serves the central area of Whidbey Island northern boundary at block 600 N, southward to block 4800 S.

NAS-WI Federal Fire Department serves Naval Air Station-Whidbey Island, Navy housing, Seaplane Base, and OLF in Coupeville.
