Caught in the Act
The Oak Harbor Youth Commission is a group of community members appointed by Oak Harbor City Mayor and Council to assess and identify the needs of children and youth in the Oak Harbor area, and to advocate and work collaboratively to address priority needs.
One way in which we do so is to recognize youth in our community who make a significant contribution. To this end, the Commission values the input of our community and welcomes nominations for the “Caught in the Act” Award. Please complete the form and tell the Youth Commission how your nominee is making a positive difference in their community. Feel free to attach any documents to this nomination form.
