Planning Commission
The Planning Commission of Oak Harbor serves in an advisory capacity to the Mayor and the City Council. The Planning Commission reviews and makes recommendations on projects that fall under the Type IV and Type V review processes.
The Planning Commission meets once a month on every fourth Tuesday. The meetings are normally held at City Hall and occasopnally at other locations when it is neccessary to accomodate a large number of people. The formal meeting starts at 7:30pm and is preceded by a pre-meeting at 7pm. All Planning Commission meetings, including the pre-meetings, are open to the public.
The Planning Commission of Oak Harbor consists of seven members appointed by the Mayor. Each Planning Commissioner serves a term of three years. The current members of the Planning Commission are listed below:

Agenda and meeting materials for upcoming Planning Commission meetings will be posted roughly one week in advance of the meeting date.
Unless otherwise posted, all Planning Commission meetings are scheduled for the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
