• Short Term Political Goal:  Help Oak Harbor to achieve its potential to become “The Pearl of North Puget Sound” through the cohesive and collaborative efforts of a result oriented City Government and a politically active community.
• Long Term Goal:  Establish a trusting and strong connection for a common purpose between the conservation, development/business communities, and schools to improve and protect the quality of life, economy and environment for Oak Harbor and greater Whidbey Island.
• Recreational Interests: Sailing, mountaineering, rock climbing, cycling, European travel, and member of the North Whidbey Master Swimmers.
• Favorite Books: “Guns, Germs & Steel” and “Collapse” by Jared Diamond.
