Our marina is located in Oak Harbor,Washington, conveniently between Seattle and the San Juan Islands. The marina has 420 slips with 217 open and 135 covered permanent slips, ample guest moorage, limited side-tie moorage and 96 dry storage sheds. We have showers, restrooms, laundry room, ice machine, picnic tables in park and on guest dock, a playground and waste oil bins. The facility is about one mile from most retail services, including motels and restaurants in Oak Harbor. View a map to our shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The local transit service provides a free shuttle (Monday - Saturday) upon request, there are several taxi companies, or there is a waterfront sidewalk.

 Contract Pricing Update

On May 15th, 2012 the Oak Harbor City Council approved three new moorage pricing strategies for new and current marina tenants.

1.  Yearly Contracts - The cost of 11 months of moorage spread out over 12 months.  This contract will be offered year round and apply to docks B, C, D, E and S docks.

2.  Small Boat Contract - $55.00 per month (September 1 - May 31) for boats 26' and under on A & B docks.  In June, July and August the moorage rate will be the current month to month rate.  The contract rate includes a hoist in and boat trailer storage on the fence line.

3. Winter Contract - The cost of 6 months moorage spread out over 7 months (October 1 - April 30) on F dock.  The minimum charge is for a 40' boat.  On May 1st the moorage rate changes to the current month to month rate and the conditional moorage rules apply.
