Oak Harbor is located on Whidbey Island in Washington's Puget Sound.

Oak Harbor is accessible from the North via the Deception Pass Bridge and from the South via the Clinton and Keystone Ferries. From either direction, take State Route 20 to Oak Harbor.

Press Release-Stage 1 Voluntary Water Conservation

The City of Anacortes Water Treatment Plant has notified the City of Oak Harbor that the flow level of the Skagit River has fallen below the minimum requirement due to low rainfall and snow pack. As a result, the City of Anacortes is asking the City of Oak Harbor and Navel Air Station Whidbey Island to join with them to conserve water with a goal of a 10% reduction in water use during this time.
